Weeks ago, The Good Wife's Will Gardner (Josh Charles) was one of the top lawyers in Chicago. Now, thanks to his six-month suspension from practicing law, he's an "out-of-work loser" ? according to Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) anyways.

In this exclusive clip from Sunday's episode (9/8c, CBS), Lockhart & Associates' trusty investigator stops by to check up on Will. Although Kalinda expects to find him curled up into a little ball and crying, Will says the only tears he'll be crying are those of joy and relaxation. "I miss the law too much," he jokes.
Will may enjoy sleeping in, going to the gym and not constantly checking his cell phone for now, but how long will that last?
